Article 1. The scope and purposes of collection

When you use or interact with NhacCuaTui service, we require your personal information that includes e-mail, username, password and phone number (optional). Your personal data are supposed to link to your account which are used in order to record personal music storage and upgrade to premium account, protect your rights.

You will solely take responsibility for the confidentiality of all services usages as your registered name, password and e-mail. In addition, you are responsible for promptly notifying NhacCuaTui about acts of unauthorized use, abuse, security breaches, keeping the registration name and password of a third-party to take measures to resolve accordingly.

Article 2. Scope for using the information.

NhacCuaTui uses the information that you provide for the following purposes:

¤ Record customer’s activity information on website/app NhacCuaTui to improve the quality of music services.

¤ Prevent activities that influence negatively on customer’s user account or customer spoofing activities.

¤ Contact and resolve with customers in special cases.

¤ Do not use customer’s information outside the purpose of confirmation and contact that related to the purchase of products on Nhaccuatui.com

¤ E-commerce trading is responsible for cooperating to provide personal information when competent state agencies request.

Article 3. Time to store information.

Customer's personal data will be stored until requested to cancel or self-login and cancel. In any case, customer’s information will be kept confidential on NhacCuaTui.com's server.

You have the right to self-check, update, adjust your personal information by logging into your account and editing personal information or requesting NhacCuaTui to do this by sending an email to support@nct.vn or via fanpage NhacCuaTui.

When in doubt about the disclosure of personal information, you have the right to file a complaint with the Board of Management of NhacCuaTui. After receiving these feedbacks, NhacCuaTui will immediately proceed to confirm, check the storage process and be responsible for responding and instructing you to restore and secure the information.

Article 6. Commitment to protecting customer’s information.

Customer's personal information on NhacCuaTui.com is committed to absolute confidentiality by NhacCuaTui under NhacCuaTui.com's personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each customer's information is only possible with the consent of that customer, except where required by the competent state agencies. NhacCuaTui commits:

¤ Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party any customer’s personal information without the permission or consent of the customer, unless otherwise provided by law.
