It's a pretty song, isn't it? Yeah. Well done. Wow. Well, that's the first time I've heard that ballad, and that was really beautiful. Thank you. I really, I'm watching you play solo piano, because I haven't done a lot of solo piano playing myself, and I'm just, I'm watching you here, the way you spread out the voicings in your right hand and really kind of play the whole instrument. It's really great to watch. Well, but you know, you're good at that. The very first tune you did from this moment on, it was so interestingly done, because you had all the different voicings and contrapuntal lines and big chords, so I would think you could sit down and rattle off a solo piano album with no trouble. Oh, boy. I don't know. Maybe you'll do that one of these days. It's kind of intimidating. You know, I guess it's like the big thing for a piano player, you know, to play solo, you know, and I'd like to work on it some more. But I remember Bill Evans and I talked about that, too, that he only wanted to play solo piano at like a certain tempo. He was amazing. He was quite intimidated by doing that. Really? Wow. Well, now I don't feel so bad. No, you shouldn't. No, it's funny, isn't it? I remember him talking about that. Anyway, tell me what's up for the future. Like, you've got this new record coming out. What are some of the tunes? Yeah, we just recorded, actually last week, me and Larry Grenadier and Jorge Rossi, who were on half of the first one. You had two rhythm sections on this. Why was that? Just kind of, I guess, indecision. You know, I pretty much, I loved both of those bass players and drummers. I'd done a lot of playing with Jorge and Larry trio and had done a lot of playing with Brian and Christian kind of as a rhythm section. And I love both of those formats. I love some of the classic, obviously, the Bill Evans trio stuff and the Keith Jarrett and a lot of that kind of trio playing. And I also love trio playing where you're kind of like a rhythm section, but you're playing trio. And that's kind of more because we have been playing with Josh so much, we kind of had this thing together, I felt, and I kind of wanted to document it. So I just decided it would be a very hard swinging thing. Yeah, those guys are real swingers. Yeah, so that's interesting. So you've got actually two different feels going on with the two rhythm sections. Yeah, they are kind of different. It's rather nice that you did that. Especially, as you say, being able to document it with Christian McBride and Brian Blade. They are a hot rhythm section. They are. Serious. Brad, it's just kind of a shame we have to finish and I'm having such a good time playing with you. Likewise. And hearing you play. Well, thanks for having me. Oh, I've enjoyed it. I've really enjoyed having you. Well, we could wind up with some, we haven't really done a blues. We could make up our own blues. There you go. Alright, let's make one up. No particular blues in the key of... No particular blues. Yeah. Well, what would you say to Ab? Sure, sure. Okay. Sounds good. We'll just start and see where we go. Cool.
