That song I wrote about this shack that I lived in back home for about two years.
No running water, no A.C., just four block walls and a wood stove in the corner
and a mattress in the other corner.
And some of the best times of my life were in there.
Some of the worst, but I'd do it all over again.
It's really about just knowing that you don't have to have all these things to be all right.
You know, every part of that song is true to how I lived my life since I was 18 and moved out of the house.
It just really don't take much to have it all, you know.
