I think that we were offensive to the point of being inoffensive. I think there were things
about the group physically that startled people. I think the fact that these four people would
come together and look like that and make that kind of music live in concert. I mean,
when people came to our concerts, they heard exactly what they heard on their records.
And I think that was important. We worked long hours to do that.
We had an incredible time. Two or three years. It burned itself out, you know?
